Cedar Grove’s very highly regarded public school
district has two elementary schools (North End and
South end), Cedar Grove middle school (grades 5-8),
and Cedar Grove High School. Their mission statement
is, “Close Enough to Care, Bold Enough to Dare”.
Cedar Grove also offers choices in private and
parochial education.
The mission statement of the very active Cedar Grove
Education Foundation’s (CGEF - which does so much
including offering scholarships) is to enrich and
enhance the educational experiences of Cedar Grove
students above and beyond the scope of the regular
curriculum and to provide lifelong learning
opportunities for the entire community.
