Palm Beach Gardens real estate has become very hot, for a number of reasons. It is a beautiful coastal community located in Palm Beach County, in Southeast Florida.

Here’s why:

1. Location

Palm Beach International Airport (known as PBI) is a short 15 minute drive; making it extremely convenient for travel to Palm Beach Gardens. It is also a 15 minute drive to both Palm Beach and Downtown WPB; and a 5 minute drive to Jupiter, all of which are close enough to take advantage of spontaneously. The ocean beaches are absolutely beautiful with the easiest access at Juno Beach (and the Juno Beach Pier). The water is the most brilliantly blue in the whole state of Florida because Juno Beach is the precise point where the gulf stream comes closest to the United States.

2. Gated Communities and Country Clubs

Palm Beach Gardens is home to some of the best clubs and gated communities in the world, including Lost Tree, Admiral’s Cove, Jonathans Landing, Mirasol, Ballenisles, PGA National, Old Marsh and dozens of others. There is a reason why so many professional golfers and tennis players call Palm Beach Gardens home. It is also a hub for major tournaments. But these clubs and communities are not just about golf. The amenities are top tier with spas, restaurants, state of the art gyms, tennis, pickle ball, resort pools, and all kinds of concierge services.

3. Boating, Fishing, and Water Sports

Palm Beach Gardens has so many options for fishermen and/or pleasure boat owners or charters with hundred of private and public slips, cruising along the intracoastal or running right out the Jupiter inlet to the Atlantic Ocean. It is an angler’s paradise with some of the best fishing in the world. Sailfish, tuna, tarpon, snook, snapper, and dolphin are some of the popular catches. And there are plenty of charters to nearby Bahamas and Florida Keys. Kayakers, paddle boarders, surfers and wind surfers have so many options for water access in both the ocean and the Intracoastal. One of the most beautiful and popular spots is John D. MacArthur Beach State Park where kayakers and paddle boarders launch and paddle out to Munyon Island. Juno Park, on Ellison Willson Road, is another popular launching spot. You can rent paddle boards Juno Park and kayaks at MacArthur State Park.

More shops are located at the nearby shopping center known as “Downtown at Palm Beach Gardens”. And there are other great stores like the PGA Super Store on PGA Boulevard. Some of the best restaurants in Palm Beach County are located in Palm Beach Gardens including La Masseria, Salute Market & Restaurant, Carmine’s, and the wonderful waterfront Riverhouse.

5. Real Estate Inventory

While the Palm Beach Gardens real estate market has risen and become much more competitive for buyers, making the market very “hot”, the good news is that Palm Beach Gardens real estate comes in many different price points, so there is something for everyone. Condos can be had for as low as the mid-$300K’s and two-bedroom rentals can be had in the mid-$2000’s per month.
